Sam Sarno, Room 5226, husband of Katie Sarno, diagnosed with AML leukemia; entered hospital on March 11th, the bone marrow biopsy done last week still shows leukemia cells, therefore began a second chemo regimen which is different than the first one; will be in hospital for several more weeks; requests continued prayers for strength, peace, minimal pain, and complete healing. (Requests No Visitors at this time.)

Richard Barella, Room 3120, requests prayers as he is undergoing diagnostic tests to see if cancer has returned.
ENCOMPASS HEALTH REHAB, 1282 UNION AVENUE, MEMPHIS, TN (901-722-2000)
Terry Jones, is now in rehab following back surgery on March 17th; has begun therapy which will hopefully help him regain his cognitive function; trying to determine the proper amount of medications and establish a pattern of what works to help him rest; had a good night Saturday night and requests continued prayers for complete recovery and minimal pain.

Andrew and Hannah Hardee in the birth of their son, Micah Blake Hardee, on Friday, April 4th. Micah weighed 9 lbs. 14 oz. Amelia is the proud sister of her new baby brother.

Nancy and Sonny McDermott, friends of Suzanne Jones, surgery scheduled last week for Nancy was cancelled as she has Covid; Nancy’s husband, Sonny, fell and broke his leg and he is currently recovering from surgery last Friday at Baptist East; requests prayers that she will recover from Covid quickly so her surgery can be rescheduled and also prayers for complete recovery for Sonny.
Leslie Whiteside, requests prayers for continued protection from the stormy weather over the past few days; prayers for her son and a son of a friend who have strayed from God and that they will very soon return to the fold before it is too late; and thankfulness to the Lord for the best gift mankind has ever received.
Robert Smith, is now at home as back surgery scheduled for April 2nd at Baptist Hospital has been postponed.
Christie Myers, feeling and doing much better as she continues to heal and recover from a broken vertebrae in her neck and broken ribs that she suffered in a car wreck on Sunday, March 16th; requests prayers for strength and complete recovery.
Miyah Clark, daughter of Denita Deaton, court date is scheduled for Monday, April 28th; requests continued prayers for patience, guidance, and peace for both Miyah and Denita.
Jamie Sowell, requests continued prayers for strength, peace, complete healing, and recovery as she has received her fifth chemo treatment; results of PET scan to determine the next steps indicated good results, but continuing to wait on doctor’s final report to see if she will need to have a sixth chemo treatment; surgery will be scheduled after completion of chemo treatments.
Gab, online guest, requests prayers for strength, peace, and healing for her Aunt Mar who has severe swelling in her feet and legs to the point she is unable to walk, her skin is tearing, and the doctors have been unable to reduce the swelling.
Allen Black, former Professor and Dean of HST, now at home as he continues to recover from surgery on March 18th at Vanderbilt University Medical Center on his carotid artery; surgery went well; requests continued prayers for a quick and complete recovery.
Molly Reaves, 3-month-old great niece of Dan and Pam Butler, prayers of thanksgiving as she is now at home from LeBonheur Hospital after receiving good test results and no brain issues were detected.
Donna Couch, cousin of Wayne Ray, has been diagnosed with cancer and will have a scan to see if it has spread; lives in Alabama with her husband; requests prayers for peace, strength, and favorable results.
Bramlett Tubbs, son of a friend of Randy Fowler, battling Stage 4 carcinoma; currently in and out of hospital; lives in DeSoto County; requests prayers for strength, patience, and complete healing.
Sherry Efird, friend of Paula Spears, is now at home and continuing to recover from pneumonia; lives in Little Rock, AR; requests continued prayers for strength, patience, and complete healing.
